IMR Responsibilities

  • Create an effective BTL activities that enhance customers rewarding, acquisition of new readers and also maintaining the current customers.
  • Develop mechanics that relates with the theme of holiday attractive to the target market.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to increase market penetration and increasing visibility within the target markets.
  • Create an end to end outdoor storming and merchandising plan, including a deployment plan for POP materials.

Project Objectives

  • Recruit new readers and retain current readers.
  • Disrupt normal day to day activities of the day by engaging consumers in something different, memorable and exciting.
  • Create awareness and communicate the attributes of the new look standard and celebrating 100yrs.
  • Increase circulation through gift with purchase.
  • Rewarding loyal customers with merchandise
